Training with the Raiders Pierce College Softball is offering a weights and conditioning training on Tuesday and Thursday nights at the Health Education Center Puyallup Campus. Each participant will be assigned a college player as her training partner.
Ask yourself how do you reach the next level? The answer is to become bigger, strong, faster and train with like-minded people.
This program consists of two workouts each week for six weeks. The training sessions include training for core strength, cardiovascular conditioning, weight training and speed and agility work. The training takes place at the Pierce College Puyallup Health Education Center (HEC). The HEC is a beautiful facility featuring over 200K in strength and conditioning equipment. The cost is 145.00 per participant and class size is limited.
You must register and pay in advance through Pierce College Athletics. Workouts dates are; January 13th, 15th, 20th, 22nd, 27th and 29th. February 3rd, 5th, 10th, 12th, 17th and 19th (145.00) Workouts begin at 5:30 P.M. and will wrap up no later than 7:30 p.m. Classes will not be prorated and the days are set and can not be adjusted and there are no makeup days.
