Washington Thunder 18A based in University Place WA is offering two open tryouts at Curtis High School Softball Turf field on Friday, August 7th. Check in and warm ups are at 6pm; tryouts begin at 6:30 and will conclude by 8pm. The second tryout will be held on Saturday morning, August 8th. Check in and warm ups are at 10:30am; tryouts begin at 10:30 and conclude by 12:30.

Our club has been in existence since 2002 and we have focused entirely on 18u competition since 2006. We play a fall ball season, we have a very efficient indoor off-season and we play a fun and exciting spring and summer season throughout the Pacific Northwest.
All of our coaches are current or former college or high school coaches with proven track records in the area of player development, placing players in appropriate college programs and fielding teams that are not only having fun but winning too.

Washington Thunder 18A located in University Place WA. Is offering 2 open tryouts. Friday 7/29 6pm registration and warmups. 6:30 start- ending at 8pm. Location; Curtis High School on the dirt field. Saturday 7/30 11am registration and warmups. 11:30 start- ending 1pm. Location; Curtis High School on the turf field. Access the dirt field via the Jr. High entrance on Grandview. The turf field is located adjacent to 40th Street W. Use the parking lot next to the batting cages. Washington Thunder 18A is one of the very top 18A programs in the NW. All professional coaching, most are current or former college coaches. WA. Thunder plays a fun and exciting tournament schedule with several fall and winter college exposure tournaments. 8-9 spring and summer tournaments. Washington Thunder was once a part of a full-line club, teams from 10u to 18u. Since the end of 2006 Thunder has done nothing but 18u with an emphasis on college exposure and national championship play. Thunder has experienced a decade of extreme success in both college exposure and championship play. If you can’t attend the open tryouts Call Coach Edmonston for an individual or small group workout.
